Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Dayarrival Heating & Air wants everyone to be able to use dayarrival.living, including people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make this site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and an orderly page layout
- Add text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets, and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside parties, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@dayarrival.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible this site is. Please email contact@dayarrival.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
